  • Route 1 – A 9 mile circular route taking around 1 ½ hours.  Covering Colliers Wood and Pamela’s Larches.  Map.
  • Route 2 – A 9 mile circular route taking around 2 hours.  Covering the Erewash Trail and Erewash Canal. Map.
  • Route 3 – A 12-mile circular route taking around 2½ hours.  Covering National Cycle Route 67, Nutbrook Trail, Shipley Lake and the Erewash Canal. Map.
  • Route 4 – An 8 ½ mile circular route taking around 1 ¾ hours.  Covering Strelley, Cossall and  Swingate. Map.
  • Route 5 – A 13 mile circular route taking around 2 ½ hours.  Covering Stapleford, Cossall, Ilkeston and Toton. Map.
  • Route 6 – A 6 mile circular route taking around 1 ½ hours.  Covering Attenborough Nature Reserve.  Map.
  • Route 7 – A 7 ½ mile circular route taking around 1 ½ hours.  Covering Beeston Marina, the canal pathways, Lenton Lane, Birdcage Walk and the River Trent. Map.
  • Route 8 – An 8 mile circular route taking around 2 hours – covering the Hemlock Stone, Wollaton Vale, Wollaton Park and Bramcote Hills. Map.
