Early 2008: Planning permission resolved. From now detailed business case being finalized, to be sent to Government and other potential funders

Dec 2008: New East Midlands Trains timetable introduced

2009: New Hub car park built

2010 – 2013: New Hub concourse built and station fully refurbished

2013: NET station at The Hub stop opens
