How to let the councils know when there are problems on the track
You’re in the middle of nowhere, happily cycling along and suddenly your wheel gets caught in a huge crack in the track and you go flying. Or you’re ambling along a pavement and disappear into a pothole. While it might not be possible to stop these things from ever happening you can report the problems and defects to the councils so that the same problems won’t trip you up a second time!
For any troubles you’ve had while out in the County you can call their custom service centre on 08449 808080. It’s open Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm and Saturday: 8am to 12pm. Or you can just get online and fill out a form – click here and follow the simple instructions.
