Welcome to the Big Track online – ten miles of pure walking and cycling pleasure!
The Big Track is a ten mile car free route that runs between Trent Bridge and Beeston Marina along the River Trent and canal. The route is great for walking and cycling and connects lots of places around the city, as well as providing easy access to many of Nottingham’s sporting, arts and leisure venues. The Big Wheel produces a printed version of The Big Track (download PDF here), as well as a Big Track Lite version (download PDF here). This online interactive version highlights some of what The Big Track has to offer and can be viewed in more detail by clicking on the appropriate sections.
The Big Track is currently closed between the Baltimore Exchange and Lenton Lane as a result of a footbridge replacement at Castle Marina – read more.
