Experian is the first FSTE 100 Company to introduce a scheme to help employees make significant savings on the cost of an annual bus pass. Their greentravel2work scheme is designed to encourage staff to use local bus services to and from the workplace instead of less sustainable forms of transport. Recent initiatives include:
- Extended free bus services for employees to Experian sites (in Partnership with Nottingham City Council)
- Improved shower and locker facilities at several sites to encourage cycling to work
- A series of free events for staff to encourage sustainable travel
- Participation in the Lenton Lane Area Travel Plan
- A Staff Travel Survey to establish the barriers to uptake of sustainable transport
