The Big Wheel’s Bike Week starts on 19th June and is the perfect way to get back into the saddle.

Cycling is great for staying in shape, it helps to combat serious illness and can give you the fitness levels of someone 10 years younger!

As well as saving you money, getting around by bike helps to cut greenhouse gas emissions – making it kinder to the environment – and also means that you’ll be breathing in fewer fumes than if you were travelling by car.
