Get on your feet and take part in the Big Wheel’s Walk Week – a week full to bursting with fun free walking activities for everyone to get involved in. It’s taking place between 26th and 30th April.
Walking is a brilliant way to get fit and have some fun. Walk Week gets everyone walking whatever your fitness level or age!
Why not try out Nordic Walking? Nordic Walking is similar to normal walking but with poles – you get to work out those muscles you never knew you had. It can be done by anybody and anywhere and what’s more, during Walk Week there are free introductory sessions being held at Rushcliffe Country Park and Nottingham University Campus.
